College Teaching
Have you been considering a teaching career at the community college or
university level or do you already have that position and feel less that
prepared for the classroom? This 15 credit hour graduate certificate is intended
for graduate students or current practitioners who want to develop effective
teaching skills, get classroom experience, learn the jargon, understand
students’ needs, and prepare to become a contributing member of the academic
community. This program is designed for students with a master’s degree or Ph.D.
in a teachable discipline.
