CMU and the Marines

Marine Corps has a Web site at http://www.usmc-mccs.org/education/mta.cfm that Marine Corps personnel must use to apply for Tuition Assistance (TA).

You can find out more about Marine Corps Tuition Assistance and how this valuable resource can help you reach your educational goals at http://education.military.com/money-for-school/tuition-assistance/marine-corps-tuition-assistance.

CMU students who are in the Marine Corps apply to Central Michigan University and register for classes using the same procedures as civilian students. Application forms can be found at http://apply.cmich.edu . Registration for classes once you have been admitted to CMU is done through CentralLink.

The only difference is that in order to receive your Marine Corps Tuition Assistance, you must apply for it using the Marine Corps forms.

For more information on the process, please contact your local CMU Program Administrator.
