Since 1976, Central Michigan University has served the educational needs of adult students in and around Atlanta with quality master’s degree programs taught by experienced faculty. Today CMU, an accredited state university and recognized leader in off-campus programs, has a number of classroom locations in the Metro Atlanta area. The Atlanta Metro Center in the Shadowood Office Park off Interstate 75/85 includes such amenities as covered parking and a beautiful student lounge with wireless internet. Students must be admitted to a cohort program in order to take classes within a cohort program. Students pursue classes and move, as a group, from one class to the next, following a planned sequence of courses. Cohort programs will have specific term start dates and admission application dates.
