Like the BS degree, the BAA is designed for students in administrative careers in
the public, non-profit, and private sectors who are looking for mid- to
upper-level supervisory positions.
This is an excellent choice for students with licensure, other credentials, or a
body of college-level course work. Appropriate course work and experience can be
transferred into the program to meet requirements for one of several minors,
Bachelor’s degrees at CMU are a minimum of 124 credit hours and are usually made
up of four types of courses:
Prepare for a career in public administration with a focus on building permits,
modern house planning, the inspection process and building code enforcement.
